New blonder free lights is the first blonder product to enable creative hand painting without the use of foils, saran or cotton. What it does: developers for precision and ease of application with less swelling. Contains hydrogen peroxide and flexible acrylic polymers. What else you need to know: available in vol. 20-6 Percent (for gentle lift), vol. 30-9 Percent (extra lift), vol. 40-12 Percent (maximum lift).
